Location: You must live within 30 minutes of our Angeles City office or be willing to relocate to Angeles City during your employment. Employees are expected to remain within the 30-minute zone.

The PrePress role requires applying advanced to expert level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite to produce polished, print-ready artwork files for Pad, Screen, Digital, Labels, Colour Fusion and Laser printing jobs. The position involves reviewing and verifying detailed artwork specifications to ensure all production requirements are met accurately. The successful candidate will use internal systems to manage assigned tasks and retrieve artwork for processing.

Primary Duties:
  • Apply advanced to expert level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite to produce polished, print-ready artwork files for various production decorated areas.
  • Review and verify artwork details and key information for Pad, Screen, Digital, Labels, Colour Fusion and Laser orders to ensure they meet production requirements.
  • Use the internal system to access assigned tasks and retrieve artwork for processing.
  • For Screen orders, apply preset templates and carefully place the artwork, ensuring both the design and its placement in the template meet requirements. Make necessary adjustments such as modifying line thickness and spacing.
  • For Pad printing orders, follow specific processes for artwork layout and adjustments according to production standards, using preset templates where applicable.
  • For Digital orders, follow all required artwork specifications, including modifying fine details when necessary. Customize the base artwork if required and ensure awareness of which artworks can and cannot be processed. Use the correct jigs for each product and have a clear understanding of artwork orientation when placing it on the jig, especially for items with multiple artwork positions.
  • For label orders, use the appropriate template for each label size, ensuring correct orientation and bleed settings are applied.
  • For Colour Fusion orders, adhere to all required artwork specifications, including creating or modifying the kiss-cut and through-cut layers for individual transfers or sheeted orders. Ensure the correct template is used for each product.
  • For Laser orders, follow procedures to have artwork checked and prepared to be correctly read by engraving software, including modifying fine details when necessary and laying out artwork in jigs.
  • Check for and correct any missing elements, incorrect details in Internal Artwork Files, verify order numbers, and ensure artwork accuracy before moving forward.
  • Perform colour separation for multi-colour artworks, ensuring proper registration and precision.
  • Apply knowledge of bleed and trapping to prepare files correctly for production.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, double-checking all work to meet quality and brand standards to help prevent production delays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify artwork specifications and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Manage tasks efficiently and follow established Prepress workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure Emails and Teams are opened during shift and being actioned/responding where required in appropriate time frames and where applicable filing into email folders to allow clear communication.

Applicants must reside within approximately 30 minutes of the Logo Line Philippines office. This proximity is a key requirement for the role, and employees are expected to maintain this as a condition of their continued employment.
