As Brand Experience Support at Logo Line, you'll be a hands-on member of the Brand Experience team, helping our brands look sharp and stay active everywhere our distributors see us. This in-office role blends graphic design production with social media scheduling and day-to-day administrative support across all our brands: Logo Line, Nomis Technology, The Line Edit, and The Gifting Pantry.
You'll schedule the content you're provided, assist with captions and ad creation, and produce the visual assets that keep our marketing looking great. You’ll be joining a fast-paced team with a never-ending list of opportunities to work on. You'll learn directly from senior members of the team, with all members mentoring you across their areas as you build your skills and your understanding of how the business works.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic design and production (50% of role)
  • Image editing: Edit and retouch product images so they meet quality and branding standards.
  • Internal mock-ups: Produce product mock-up images for use on our website and in marketing.
  • Catalogue creation: Help build virtual catalogues that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Marketing gallery: Design and maintain a gallery of assets, including videos, email signatures and social tiles, for distributor partners to use.
  • Website support: Assist with website maintenance, including updating product images and designing website banners.
  • Video editing: Edit internal educational videos and create engaging short-form social content.

Social media scheduling (25% of role)
  • Content scheduling: Schedule and publish the content you're provided across all of our brand channels (Logo Line, Nomis Technology, The Line Edit and The Gifting Pantry) using Meta Business Suite.
  • On-time delivery: Keep the posting schedule organised and accurate so content goes out on time and to the right channel.
  • Caption support: Assist with drafting post captions in the relevant brand voice, ready for review.
  • Ad and asset creation: Help create social ads and assets using Adobe Photoshop, Canva and our AI tool stack.
 
Sub brand communication support (25% of role)
  • Sub brand assets: Create and adapt design and communication assets for our sub brands (Nomis Technology, The Line Edit and The Gifting Pantry).
  • Brand consistency: Keep communications visually consistent and on brand across every brand and channel.
  • eDMs and templates: Help build and lay out email communications and templates for brand and subbrand campaigns.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the Brand Experience team to keep content moving and on schedule
  • Order entry: Enter and process orders accurately and on time, including orders for our sub brands.
  • Inbox support: Monitor and maintain shared brand inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and escalating anything that needs attention.
  • General administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Brand Experience team, including record keeping, data entry and keeping shared files organised.
  • Ad hoc duties: Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties assigned to you by your manager from time to time, consistent with your skills and the requirements of the role. Duties may be varied in line with business needs.

Tools and platforms
  • You'll work across the following tools and platforms (training and mentoring provided): Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Canva, Meta Business Suite, Tiktok, ActiveCampaign, Monday.com, Claude and our wider AI tool stack.

Skills and qualifications
  1. A qualification in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent study or practical experience.
  2. Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Canva.
  3. A portfolio or examples of your design work.
  4. Some experience with, or a strong interest in, image editing, product mock-ups and creating marketing assets.
